A Horizontal Flow Wrap Machine is an automatic packaging machine used to pack products in a pillow-type wrapperusing a continuous roll of packaging film. The product moves horizontally on a conveyor belt, and the film is wrapped around it, sealed, and cut to size.

How It Works

1. Product is placed on the infeed conveyor

2. Packaging film is formed around the product

3. Longitudinal (center) seal is created

4. End seals are made on both sides

5. The packed product is cut and discharged
